This course will outline your COVID 19 Handbook/policy: Risk Assessments and Safety Statements – keep under constant review, Remote Working policy, Illness/Sickness policy, Annual leave policy, Other leave policies – parents leave, parental leave, force majeure leave, unpaid leave;, Data Security and Data Protection Policies, Confidentiality policy;, Social Media policy, Short time working and lay off policies.

Training Cancellation Policy: Registrants who cancel over 14 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel within 14 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.

She is a qualified solicitor, tax consultant and trade mark agent. Michelle provides training in the areas of business compliance (including selling online, data protection, direct marketing, employment law and protection of intellectual property rights), law and taxation.
